I came to know today that the Information Technology University extends access to 142000 ebooks. This is a great news for novices / beginners who are trying to pursue their careers in the field of Information Technology.
These ebooks have been successfully managed by the ITU Punjab through their digital library situated in the campus located in Arfa Software Technology Park. This huge pool of 142000 ebooks covers almost every field / area of the educational knowledge required by the beginners / experts expel in their respective fields. Almost all important subjects and areas have been tried to cover in this effort.
Mainly, it can help IT students to get maximum information about different areas / subjects even in their study phase and when they will be in the practical field, they will have a good knowledge to start with.
The most interesting part of this news is that the library timings have also been extended by the Information Technology University on weekdays for the visitors and readers. Even they have announced that the library will also be opened on weekends. The new timings will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (Monday to Friday). There will be short break for Juma prayer on Friday (from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm). And the new timings for Saturday and Sunday will be from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
